Reality's a dream

Welcome to the latest edition of Wednesdays With Andrew, your weekly overdose of punk (and punkish!) rock. Today I prove to you, once and for all, I have (at least) 2 friends, as Tessie and Whitney join me for some interesting (?) dialogue and heavy cider drinking.

On today's episode we pay our tributes to the amazing Pete Shelley, talk about the Banned in DC 30th anniversary talk w/ Cynthia Connolly, drink some cider from our friends @ Supreme Core Cider in DC, and OH YEAH we play awesome tunes from bands like Buzzcocks, The Dahmers, Propagandhi, Frenzal Rhomb, Beastie Boys and more.

So what are you waiting for, GO LISTEN NOW:

Huge thanks to Supreme Core Cider for being this week's Punk Rock Soda Pop - Whitney, Tessie and I enjoyed the different concoctions IMMENSELY. An especially warm shout out to Kyle, Will and Erich for shooting the shit w/ me last week, and letting me try pretty much everything they had in the bar.

Support local cider, but also local bands! Go check out DC punk outfit Boayt and their latest album, Young and Hungry, recorded and produced by the legendary Don Zientara @ Inner Ear Studios.

For those of you who haven't listened to Frenzal Rhomb's latest full length, Hi Vis High Tea, here you go

ALSO, THE DAHMERS! Listen to their latest album here!

Catch ya next week!

  2. Keep your eye on the sprouting wheatgrass, which should start sprouting within a few days. Once little sprouts start to appear, like below, remove the cover. You should not need to water at any point during this time. If you do, your wheatgrass may be in too much direct light/heat. Also don't over water, because the wheat berries will mold.
